The Best Western Eureka Inn is very excited to host SFO 2008! They are a motorcycle-friendly hotel that we have to opportunity to book up completely! They have 85 rooms and they would be thrilled if we took them all! Check out the website, this place in quite an improvement over the Russellville location. It comes with an outdoor heated pool, large jacuzzi, dry sauna and fitness center. Their location is about 2 blocks from historic Downtown Eureka Springs. They are also a stop on the City Trolley route. They also have a restaurant right in the hotel, the Gazebo Dining Room. Eureka Springs is an exciting little town and its also a wet area.

The Best Western will be providing us 2 bike wash stations and towels, a hospitality table for check in on Thursday and a room for a banquet on Friday and Saturday night. A made-to-order breakfast each morning is included in our room rate. Most of the rooms in this hotel have double beds, so bring your spouse or a friend!

We need to have an idea of who is coming for planning purposes. It is each attendee's responsibility to book their room with the host hotel. Use the phone number above to get the group rate.

There is no cost to register for this event! But it does cost time and money to put something like this together. We will have a free-will donation during Saturday evening's meal. Also, the cost of the banquet has not yet been determined. As we move into the Spring, I will post an announcement about it on FJRForum.com so please keep your eyes on the SFO section!
