In the FJR Owner's Manual, the Scheduled Maintenance chart calls to check and adjust idle, but never provides any description of were the knob is located.
The FJR Service Manual mentions the adjustment knob only on page 3-25, and has a small diagram of the knob - but again, unbelievably, NO description of the location of the adjustment knob!
In photo below, black arrow points to gold-colored idle adjustment knob, located on the right side of the engine as you sit on the bike.
Turn clockwise to increase idle speed, counter-clockwise to decrease idle speed.
Idle is set to 1000-1100 RPM for motors in a good state of tune/throttle bodies synchronization.
