The WFO-6 Rally Fee is $140 per person, payable via PayPal or by Cashier's Check/Money Order. This fee is non-refundable.
Once your Rally Fee payment is confirmed, you will be emailed your personal WFO-6 Room Discount code for the Park City Marriott. Without this code, you will be charged the full $150/night retail rate. With this code, your rooms are $99/night.
Your Rally Fee payments covers the following items during the 3-Day event:
- Friday evening: Western Hoe-Down Buffet: Various salads, slaws, beans, spuds, corn, and muffins. BBQ chicken and Baby Back Ribs. Apple-berry cobbler for desert.
- Saturday evening: lavish multi-entre Executive Dinner buffet: Salads, fresh veggies and fruit, rolls, chef's potatoes. Seared chicken breast with red pepper cream, Dutch oven pot roast with gravy, and smoked salmon with citrus beurre blanc. Various deserts.
- 19% Gratuity and 8.5% state tax on all banquet meals
- Premium long-sleeve WFO-6 Rallyshirt with special event artwork, in your choice of sizes
- WFO-6 Keepsake Nametags
- Premium, not-to-be-found-anywhere good times (including the 1st annual Passing of the Tiara) and camaraderie
- Tickets for door prize drawings involving hundreds of dollars worth of moto-goodies
When you have completely filled out and submitted the official WFO-6 registration form, you will be automatically routed to PayPal to make your rally fee payments.
NOTE: You need NOT be a PayPal member to used their secure server for Rally Fee payment!
Fearful of on-line payments?
You shouldn't be.... we've used PayPal for many rallies over the years without any issues whatsoever. Still, for those who refuse to join the 21st century, you can e-mail matt@mattwatkins.net to make alternate arrangements.
